GTA was invited to conduct special baggage handling technical exchanges with the Qingdao airport command.

        On August 15, 2018, GTA was invited to Qingdao New Airport Command to participate in the technical exchange meeting on "Airport Basket Recycling System". Leaders of the Airport Command also expressed high recognition of the system. GTA will also establish long-term and stable cooperation with Qingdao New Airport with better products and services.

        In 2011, Qingdao New Airport was historically incorporated into the 12th Five-Year Plan of China's national economy, the National Comprehensive Transportation System, the National Civil Airport Layout Plan, the 12th Five-Year Plan of China's Civil Aviation. The airport positioning was also upgraded from the original trunk airport to a regional gateway hub airport. .
